Veterinary Surgeon

Laura Sullivan qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2009 and has spent the past 16 years working in small animal general practice. Her career has included roles as an associate, locum, and Clinical Director, giving her a broad and practical perspective on life in practice.

She believes every pet deserves compassionate, individualized care and strives to treat animals as part of the family. Her goal is not only to address medical needs but also to support the bond between pets and their humans, making every veterinary visit a positive experience. Alongside her clinical work, Laura is an entrepreneur dedicated to helping veterinary and healthcare professionals adopt more sustainable practices. She founded All Scrubbed Up Scrub Hats, a small business creating bespoke, eco-friendly, reusable scrub hats for veterinary, dental, and healthcare heroes worldwide.

Laura’s passion for animals and desire to make a real difference began with her beloved childhood pet, a mischievous Cocker Spaniel, who taught her that every pet has a unique personality worth celebrating. Those early experiences continue to inspire her daily in caring for pets like they are her own.
